Unique Selling Proposition

Unique selling proposition

Unique selling proposition is a declaration that a company will use to make customers buy their product over all others.  When you start up a business you have to not only believe in your service and product but you have to see it fully from your potential customer’s point of view. Does your product give your customer what it wants? What can you do different to turn them into a regular and perhaps loyal customer? You may not have a unique product to offer but how can you make your particular product stand out from the competitor? An example of a good USP would be for Domino’s pizza,
You get fresh, hot pizza delivered to your door in 30 minutes or less -- or it's free."

The reason why it worked so well was the fact that the USP benefiting the customers at every point, offering food direct to your door that would be fresh and hot or get it for free, It was a simple but extremely effective USP.
