Legal responsibilities
Brands must be protected and this can be done under the
copyright and patent act. Copyright means that no one can copy your work without
permission. Copyright is automatic but it still needs to be asserted.
It’s also a good idea to registering your trademark; you
obtain legal rights that can prevent others from making unauthorised use of
your trademark.
